Edgar Degas The Private Impressionist Exhibition in Palm Beach | Rare Works on Paper
Edgar Degas, The Private Impressionist is a special art exhibition showcasing rare works on paper by the legendary French Impressionist artist Edgar Degas (1834–1917) and artists from his circle. This exhibition at The Society of the Four Arts highlights selections of his deeply personal sketches, prints, photographs, monotypes, sculpture, and letters — works not originally meant for public display.
This exhibition offers visitors a closer look into Degas’s creative genius and private artistic journey — from family portraits and ballet dancers to horse racing scenes and experimental works.
