About this event

A Life Well Lived: Resilience Found in Nature’s Unexpected Paths

Presented by Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Florida Atlantic University – Jupiter

True resilience is found in how we adapt, grow, and find meaning through life’s unexpected twists and turns. In this engaging, interactive workshop, beach-collected shells become a lens through which participants explore the beauty and strength created by a life well lived.

By examining the unique patterns, textures, and paths etched into shells by the sea, we will reflect on how our own experiences shape us and create a lasting beauty that comes with depth and perspective.

This hands-on experience invites participants to shift their perspective, celebrate the unique fingerprints of their life journey, and discover fresh, positive ways to recognize their own resilience and inner strength.

Join OLLI at FAU Jupiter for a meaningful and uplifting exploration of resilience, perspective, and the enduring beauty found in life’s unexpected paths.
