Make a ring that’s uniquely yours, letter by letter! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to size, solder, texture, and stamp a sterling silver band ring from start to finish. Whether you want to spell out a word, add a meaningful symbol, or simply create a beautifully textured surface, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece and the skills to make more.
Students will apply basic jewelry-making techniques, including sizing, soldering, texturing, and metal stamping, to create a finished sterling silver band ring. Everyone will work with sterling silver and will learn soldering techniques using a butane torch, along with sanding, filing, and finishing methods to complete a polished, wearable piece.
This is a 3 hour class. Please dress comfortably for creating and bring your own snacks.
