About this event
Don Toto Rhythm Brain Fitness is a unique and highly engaging program developed by professional Japanese taiko artist Miho Uesugi.
Based in South Florida, Yukako Ogawa offers a one-of-a-kind, program that combines the power of traditional taiko drumming with brain fitness, rhythm training, and gentle physical movement, which is designed specifically to promote cognitive health, coordination, and joy.
Her sessions are interactive, inclusive, and adaptable for all levels, making them especially ideal for seniors. Programs can be conducted seated or standing, ensuring accessibility for participants of all mobility levels.
Participants don’t just watch, but they actively engage, laugh, move, and connect through rhythm-based activities that stimulate both the mind and body.
