PALM BEACH FINE CRAFT SHOW Feb 16-19 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, 2nd floor

Under the direction of The Palm Beach Show Group, the 14th Annual Palm Beach Fine Craft Show which takes place February 16-19 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, will provide a showcase for local Palm Beach County performing artists curated by the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County.  The introduction of this new showcase will include performances by the  and Arts Dance Generation (Deborah Marquez, artistic director).  Their performance will be highlighted by classical and contemporary solo and group dance numbers. Featured soloist – Leigh Goldberger, who won the Youth American Grand Prix Ballet World Competition 2016 and the Universal Ballet Competition 2016 in both the Classical and Contemporary categories.

Performing Friday, February 17th from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturday, February 18th from 1 to 3 p.m. will be seven dancers from the Demetrius Klein Dance Company.

The Arts Dance Generation is scheduled to perform with approximately 30 dancers on Sunday, February 19th from 1 to 3 p.m.

These performances were facilitated through the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County.  From its beginning, the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County has committed its energies and resources to being a catalyst for the establishment of new cultural institutions, enhancing existing organizations and encouraging opportunities for individual professional artists.

Their involvement in this year’s Palm Beach Fine Craft Show highlights the Council’s role in developing and maintaining a thriving arts and cultural environment in The Palm Beaches.

The well-respected and always popular Palm Beach Fine Craft Show is known for providing an opportunity for interactive dialogue with the artists themselves for avid collectors as well as those looking for an introduction to beginning a personal collection.  Jury Members have reviewed a record number of artist’s submissions in categories including: glass, ceramics, sculpture, furniture, as well as mixed media, fashion, jewelry, and more.

Show hours are

Thursday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Sunday hours are from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
