(July 15, 2015) – Fontainebleau Miami Beach is once again the premier venue for Miami Spice, the much-anticipated, annual two-month long restaurant showcase featuring the best of what Miami cuisine has to offer. This year, foodies can relish mouth-watering menus – two of award-winning Chef Michael Mina’s signature dining destinations, Michael Mina 74 and acclaimed newcomer Stripsteak by Michael Mina as well as AAA Four Diamond award-winning signature restaurants – Hakkasan and Scarpetta.

Throughout August and September, all four signature restaurants will offer amazing dining experiences – three course dinner featuring delectable dishes at price points of $39 for dinner (plus tax, gratuity and beverages) with optional wine flights for an additional cost. Additionally, Hakkasan will offer its amazing weekend Dim Sum lunch on Saturdays and Sundays at $23 per person. Hakkasan and Scarpetta Miami Spice menus also offer vegetarian menu options upon request.

Menu highlights include selections such as Lamb Meatballs, Black Angus Skirt Steak, and Churros from Michael Mina 74; Creamy Polenta, Scott Conant’s signature spaghetti, and Coconut Panna Cotta from Scarpetta; Ricotta Cavatelli, Red Wine Braised Short Rib, and Chocolate Orange Cream Cake from Stripsteak; Steamed Lotus Root Chicken Shui mai, Crispy Duck Salad, Steamed Red Snapper With Dried Turnips in Soy Sauce,

Stir-Fried Beef with Szechuan Sauce, and Mandarin Mousse from Hakkasan. Full menus follow, but menu items are subject to change.
