Restaurateurs behind Pistache, PB Catch and Patrick Lézé-Palm Beach open the authentic European neighborhood bakery experience, in the heart of downtown’s art and entertainment district—
West Palm Beach, Fla. (Sept. 4, 2014)— Local restaurant team, TITOU Hospitality, today opened its latest culinary experience with Paneterie, a bakery and café inspired by the idyllic neighborhood patisseries of Europe. Paneterie’s menu, which features fresh-baked bread, pastries and artisanal sandwiches made on premise, is also available to view at www.Paneterie.com. Its owner, Thierry Beaud, is the founder of TITOU Hospitality, who also own and operate PB Catch Seafood & Raw Bar and Patrick Lézé Pâtisserie in Palm Beach, and Pistache French Bistro, which is located less than a block east of Paneterie in downtown West Palm Beach.
“So many of my most cherished memories growing up in France or from my travels around Europe have been indulging in the simple pleasure of a fresh-baked croissant or pastry at one of the many charming cafés set along city streets,” said TITOU Hospitality partner, Thierry Beaud. “We have long desired to bring that experience here to West Palm Beach, because I know that our residents and visitors alike would appreciate that same simple pleasure found in something as fundamental as fresh bread, and I’m very happy to finally realize that dream through Paneterie.”
Paneterie provides patrons with a warm, retro ambiance in which to enjoy the simple pleasures of high-quality, just-baked goods, specialty sandwiches and salads. Oven-fresh croissants, artisanal breads, and Danish are baked throughout the day at the store, and specialty items such as macarons, chocolates and finer pastries are made daily in Paneterie’s commissary kitchen. Add the idea of quick, friendly service, grab-n-go + delivery. A full menu of coffee and tea options are also available. The concept for the bakery is based on the idea of providing high-quality, fresh products at affordable prices, with pasties starting at $1.75 and sandwiches starting at just $6.
Paneterie is located at 205 Clematis Street, next to the Palm Beach Dramaworks. It will be open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. More information and the café and bakery’s full menu will soon be available at www.Paneterie.com.
